Prepaid Legal leads can make the distinction between financial success and defeat in your network marketing business. But, not all leads are created equal.
Whether you decide to buy leads or get your own, there are three main "archetypes" or categories that you'll find useful in growing your Prepaid Legal business:
1. Likely customers. These individuals are interested in one of your products or services. If happy, they may be thoughtfully introduced to your opportunity with reasonable success. But, they didn't begin with an interest in making money, and they're going to need a lot of instruction.
2. Opportunity seekers. These prospects are looking for a way to make money. They may or may not be sincere, that's for you to ascertain. Also, they may or may not have specific interest in multi-level marketing or PPL. Your job will be to find the genuine ones, overcome their objections and guide them into your opportunity.
3. Active network marketers. These individuals are already in an business, and seeking leadership in how to be a winner. They aren't in Prepaid Legal, but you know two very important things about them: 1) they like the idea of network marketing, and 2) they've proven it with their credit card by enrolling in a program.
The best prepaid legal leads are those in the last group: current MLMers.
Why?
Well, as discussed above, you know they have an interest in making money with MLM. You will never hear them ask, "Is this one of those pyramid schemes?" and other such ludicrous questions. They're through that; they know better.
They also understand the industry better than someone who's never been in multi-level marketing. So, once they enroll in your team and get trained, they'll produce results much more quickly (and with less training) than a normal person.
Lastly, they possibly know other active MLMers: their sponsor, downline, and even cross-line people they ran into at their company event. These are the kind of individuals you want as a Prepaid Legal Associate in your downline.
They're in a program, though, and not likely looking to initiate something else. It's your job to subtly, and carefully, pique their curiosity without setting off any alarms.
The best way to do this is to lead with an offer that benefits them in their existing organization... something unrelated to your business. Something generic, like promotional tools or training.
Earn their trust, and make evident your value to them by showing them how to move forward with their existing opportunity. Show them that, unlike their existing advisor, you are training them things that produce results. But make it apparent that the only people who get your true focus are the people contributing to your financial success.
At that time, joining your group will be the next logical move.
In conclusion, you can pursue potential customers, you can target opportunity seekers, or you can go after active network marketers. Of the three, active MLMers have the most potential to explode your group with the least effort. Focus your energies there, and your paycheck will never be the same.
